When you arrive - head straight up the back staircase, directly to the huge Deck that faces the Gulf. Leave your luggage in your trunk; then run, as fast as you can, up those stairs. Let the peace start to come over you. You, my friend, have the next several days to let go of your cares and let the beach heal your soul.
At some point, when you’re willing to break free from the call of the sea; you’ll head straight into the Great Room – which is incredibly spacious and inviting. The Living Room area has a huge leather couch; love seat and very comfortable chairs. It’s a great place to congregate, after a day in the sun, in front of the large flat-screen Smart TV. A Blu-Ray Player and DVD player are provided for your use. Board and card games are also provided.
The Kitchen is huge and readily accommodates a number of cooks (or helpers). Two Refrigerators (one housed in the Utility Room); an icemaker, which makes 35 pounds of ice per day; dishwasher; stove/oven and microwave are provided; as well as every imaginable small kitchen appliance. The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, mixing bowls, pots and pans and silverware.
The round dining table comfortably seats 6; with seating for another 6 at the Kitchen island bar; and another 6 at the unique dolphin table. For outdoor dining, a teak table, that seats 8, is conveniently located on the Deck, right outside the Great Room door. A large gas griddle is a great place to cook up burgers, hotdogs, steaks or even pancakes! A charcoal grill is also provided, under the house, as well as a picnic table.
A large Master King Suite is conveniently located just steps away from the Great Room and has amazing views to the east and towards the beach. The Master Bath has a fabulous jetted tub; separate shower, long single vanity and walk-in closet.
The second Master King Suite is located on the top floor and has direct access to the Balcony, through French doors. The Balcony is a great place to drink your morning coffee; or talk late into the night with family and friends. The Master Bath is massive and also has a jetted tub, separate shower, and long double vanity, and walk in closet.
Two additional King Bedrooms: one located on the main floor, and the one upstairs has direct Balcony access through French doors. Both bedrooms have closets and flat-screen Smart TVs. The downstairs King room has access to a full bathroom in the hallway, with a shower/tub combo. The King room upstairs shares a hall bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo, with Bunk Room.
Two full size Bunk Beds - top and bottom are located in Bedroom #5 and also has a flat screen Smart TV and a closet.
An upstairs Loft is a great place for children or teens to hang out and watch TV. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Loft and another one in the Great Room. For your reading enjoyment, a massive collection of books are on the bookshelves. “Take one, leave one” is all we ask. Games and Puzzles are provided for your enjoyment, as is, a gaming table and folding chairs (stored in the Bunk Room Closet).
A full size Washer and Dryer are located in the Laundry Room. Towels, wash cloths, beach towels, linens, pillows and comforters are provided for no additional fee.
The large Deck is a great place for sunning, playing or catching up with family and friends. Beach toys galore, including sandcastle-making tools, Frisbees, noodles, boogie boards and more are provided for the young and young-at-heart! Feel free to take our Deck chairs with you to the beach each day; but please bring them back each evening, as summer is Sea Turtle Nesting Season and when those mommas come ashore at night, they can get tangled in stuff left behind. The months of May through August – for no additional charge - our guests are provided a 10’ X 20’ Beach Canopy that is professionally installed and maintained.
The Sand Dune Walkover is conveniently attached to the Deck and allows you and your gear to get down to the beach with little effort. Part way down, a seating area, is the perfect place to watch the sun rise or set. Plan to spend at least one early morning enjoying the ever-changing colorful sunrise. Every 90 seconds a different color palette and pattern appear.
Two fabulous community swimming pools and two incredible tennis courts, are all within walking distance of our beach house and are securely passcode protected.

This beach house is perfect for Family Reunions; Vacations with Family/Friends; Weddings; Corporate Retreats; Girlfriend Get-Aways; Guys Deep Sea Fishing Week; and more! A $1,500 surcharge will be added for Weddings held on the premises.

We have so many loyal returning guests for all three of our beach houses that our Reservation Calendar fills up quickly for peak times and they often reserve "their week" years in advance , but we love to make new friends and welcome your inquiry. We do our best to respond in under an hour, but because we don't recharge on coffee alone - we do try to sleep at some point, therefore will respond to late night inquiries first thing the next morning.
We are currently accepting reservations through the end of 2023.
